Come meet three of Chicago’s culinary superstars at our exclusive sit-down three-course dinner inside the spectacular Chicago Illuminating Company. Art Smith’s First Course Spring Pea Puree Garnished with Poached Lobster, Smoked Cumin Salt, Mint and a Pea Tendril Salad
Dale Levitski’s Entrée Kobe and Caviar with Fennel Potato Kugels and Dill Baby Beets
Mindy Segal’s Dessert Zingerman’s Cream Cheese and Creme Fraiche “Cheesecake” with Anisse Hyssup, Rhubarb and 5 Minute Strawberries
Watch Sunday’s live baseball games: the Cubs against the Dodgers and the White Sox versus the Tigers. Feast on a buffet of barbecue and Southern favorites from Lillie’s Q, including ribs, pulled pork, mac n’ cheese and pulled chicken with beer and cocktails. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Chicago Food Depository.
