At the World Music Festival 2012 jin Chicago, you can hear traditional and contemporary music from diverse cultures by acclaimed musicians from around the world. This seven-day music festival will offer performances and events at a variety of locations throughout the city.

- Mayne Stage (1328 W. Morse Ave.) – 8 p.m. – Pedrito Martinez with Ecos del Pacific
Chicago Cultural Center – Grand Staircase and Preston Bradley Hall. The 38-foot dome is by J. A. Holtzer of the Tiffany Glass & Decorating Company.
