Attend the AIWF event featuring the wines of Washington and Oregon. The appellations of the Pacific Northwest produce some of my favorite pinot noir wines. The wines will be paired with regional flavors.

Washington and Oregon have a high percentage of critically acclaimed wines.

“The American Institute of Wine & Food is a non-profit organization and public charity founded on the premise that gastronomy is essential to the quality of human existence.  The AIWF was established in 1981 by the late Robert Mondavi, the late Julia Child, the late Richard Graff and others to provide a forum for the study and enjoyment of gastronomy.”

The American Institute of Wine & Food is an organization where foodies and wine enthusiasts get to meet and learn from renowned chefs,winemakers, authors, culinary historians and food producers, The organization has 24 chapters with over 3,000 members in the United States.
