At the iconic Inn at the Spanish Bay Ballroom, I had an opportunity to try some incredible rose sparkling wines from all over the world during the Pebble Beach Food and Wine Festival. In addition to about 100 chefs, here’s a list of some of the 250 the wineries that are pouring this year:
The loved the divine pink sparkling bubbles that were being poured at the Pebble Beach Food and Wine Festival. This tasting was the beginning of a glorious epicurean adventure in Monterey California.
I will be sipping First-Growth Bordeaux, Grand Cru Burgundies, Super-Tuscans and Prestigious Cuvee Champagnes with passionate wine connoisseurs all weekend. I will savor legendary cuisine from the best chefs in the country; surrounded by the enchanting coastline of this idyllic setting in Central California.

I loved the Bellavista Gran Covee Rose, Franciacorta from Italy. The territory of Franciacorta is in the Provence of Brescia in Lombardy. They make some fantastic sparkling wine in this part of the world!
One of my favorites was the Champagne H. Billot et Fils Grand Cru Rose from Ambonnay, France MV. Lucky me, after the tasting, I met with
the winemaker Vincent Chaperon and tasted some Dom Perignon Vintage 2003.
