Remove your  sensibilities as you enter an afternoon devoted exclusively to trying  bold cuisine paired with excellent wines, and specially-crafted spirits.  Take a refreshing stroll through an unending array of sublime tastes  and celebrate this year’s achievements in furthering the culinary, wine  and spirit world.

Catch all of your favorite chefs, authors  and culinary personalities in their own 45-minute segments ranging from  showing off the latest recipes to pure entertainment spectacles.  Afterward, don’t miss the chance to exchange a few personal words with  your culinary hero when you purchase a book for signing from on-site  book retailer Books & Books.
