Spiaggia on Michigan Avenue in Chicago will host a wine tasting featuring over 100 wines from 45 Italian Slow Wine producers on Thursday, February 2, 2012 from 6 – 8:30 pm. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Slow Food Chicago.
